Returns & Exchanges
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order if:
- The wrong item was received
- The item is damaged or defective
- An item is missing from the order
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Opened stationery products
- Customized school packages
- Digital products
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or missing item:
- Contact BookBox within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item if applicable
- Include your order number in your message
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only when:
- A replacement item is unavailable
- An order cannot be fulfilled
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Shipping Fees
Shipping cost details:
- BookBox covers shipping costs if the error is ours
- Additional shipping fees may apply for customer-requested exchanges
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
