Returns & Exchanges

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order if:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item is damaged or defective
  • An item is missing from the order

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened stationery products
  • Customized school packages
  • Digital products

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or missing item:

  • Contact BookBox within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item if applicable
  • Include your order number in your message

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A replacement item is unavailable
  • An order cannot be fulfilled
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping cost details:

  • BookBox covers shipping costs if the error is ours
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for customer-requested exchanges
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
